    How do I reserve for free?

    All reservations are free upon booking. Your card will not be charged at check out, it will simply be held on file. You will not be charged for your reservation until your order is processed (10 days before your trip).*

    Once you select the dates for your trip, add the items you’d like to rent to your reservation. Complete your reservation through the check out process by providing your contact information, shipping destination and credit card information.

    *Payments are processed ~10 days from your reservation. If you place an order within 7-9 days from your trip, your card will be charged that day.

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged 10 days before your selected delivery date. If you book less than 10 days before your delivery date, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Once your credit card is charged, your booking is final and your order is shipped.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    You can cancel or change any item within your order at any time before your order is processed (10 days before your trip).

    Where do you deliver?

    Arrive Outdoors ships via FedEx anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

    Orders can be shipped to your home, hotel, Airbnb or even 10,000+ FedEx or FedEx affiliate locations.

    When will my order be delivered?

    All orders are shipped via FedEx and you’ll receive your tracking number when your shipping label is created. It may take 24 hours after your shipping label is created for FedEx to update your tracking info. Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date by 8:00PM. If you have specific shipping requirements please contact our support team by emailing or call us at 213-559-2482 between 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific Time.

    How and when do I return my order?

    Place your items back in the box they were shipped in and adhere the free included return label. Drop off your box at any FedEx or a FedEx affiliated shipping location by 6PM on your return date (selected at reservation). We’ll let you know via email when your order is received at our warehouse.
